If you are unable to print AWB from the POS with the error: Unable to open print window. Please allow popups for this site.

Please follow these simple steps below:

On your dashboard, on the site information button next to the URL bar click on the settings icon.

Then click on site settings.

on the settings page, search for Pop-ups and redirect.

Set the drop-down to allow.

Once you’re done, close the settings tab and go back to Whip POS tab and click refresh.

Once you refresh the page, the error should be resolved.
